防爆電源接線盒是供電伴熱帶接入電源使用，它按增安型防爆電器要求設計，制造型號為“DH”防爆等級為“ExeⅡT4”。防爆電源接線盒由接線盒體和底座兩部分組成。見圖24所示，電源電纜由進線孔進入接線盒腔內，電伴熱帶則沿管道從底座部進入接線盒腔內，在接線端子上與電源電纜相連接。我廠電源接線盒是單雙向通用，既可單向輸出電伴熱帶，也可雙向輸出電伴熱帶。Explosion-proof power connection kit is used for power connection, designed following the requirement of increased-safety. The type is named ‘DH’, with ‘Exe ⅡT4’ explosion-proof level. The whole connection kit is composed of a kit and a base. The power line passes through the inlet hole into the kit. While the heating cable pass along the base into the kit, then connecting to the power line on the wiring terminal. Both unidirectional type and bidirectional type are available.
 
1.產品結構 Structure
接線盒腔內有三個接線塊，三個接線端子供接三相使用，當使用單相時，只需使用其中的兩個端子。Three terminals in the kit are for three-phase heating cable. Single-phase heating cable just need connect with two of the terminals.
